We are integrating a brand-new booking system with our website from Tuesday 16th November, which is designed to give you a much-improved online booking experience and much greater visibility of what’s available. Because of the complex nature of the project though, we are going to go live in two stages. This will have an impact on the way online bookings are made for a short period of time, and how you review your booking and pay the balance outstanding on your holiday.

Paying your balance

In order to check your holiday details or pay your outstanding balance, for a short period you will need to contact our Reservations Team. You can call them on Tel 020 3974 8865, or email and they will arrange to get back in touch with you. The team are also available via Live Chat, which can be found using the green tab in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Once the new systems are fully installed and live, you will be able to view your booking again in the normal way, by accessing the details here via the website.

We have done everything we can to ensure a smooth transition from our old booking system to our new one. However, should we experience any teething problems, please do bear with us!
